We ship items as soon as we receive them from sellers, but it will not be the same day as your order. In general, you will receive your item within the chosen shipping time (3-6 business days / Minimum 10 business days). Customs in some countries require additional fees in order to release held parcels/packages. You may have to pay these charges when you accept delivery of the item. If you refuse to accept delivery of the items you have purchased, the courier will return the items to Wacom. If this happens, HAIDARA DIGITAL MARKETING EST may be required to pay an additional fee to the courier to cover return shipping costs, including customs fees and import duties that were your responsibility. We will recover these costs from you by deducting the corresponding amount from any remaining refund you have as soon as we receive the package.
